Information provided by players of the Apprentice Football Manager game (“the Game”) will be held on computer and processed and disclosed only for the purposes of the Game.

Your personal details will not be shared for any other purpose, although we may contact you from time to time in relation to administration of the Game.

If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies.

By submitting a registration form on this site you agree that we can use your information in the ways described.

Terms and Conditions

Any specific rules, methods of play, or methods of scoring published for the Game on this site are taken to be part of the terms and conditions for participation in the Game.

By registering to play the Game, the Registrant (“the Player”) is deemed to have read and accepted the instructions as published and these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the published playing information these Terms and Conditions shall apply; in the event of discrepancy between aspects of the playing information, Gusto Group Ltd (“the Organisers”) reserves the right to clarify and resolve such discrepancies.

All players must include all the information required by the published instructions, which may be varied by the Organisers from time to time, for clarification purposes or reasonable administrative purposes.

Applicants registration particulars may subsequently only be altered with the prior agreement of the Organisers.

No Player, or anyone acting upon their behalf, is to make direct contact with Lincoln City Football Club or its employees in relation to the Game.

The Organisers reserve the right to exclude any Player from the Game at its sole discretion.

The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any Player from the Game if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any of the Terms and Conditions or provided false information in their registration.

All expenses of participation in the Game, or in taking-up the offer of prizes awarded, are the responsibility of the Player.

The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the Game or these Terms and Conditions at any time, and will endeavour to give advanced notice of any such changes or withdrawal.  However, in some cases, advance notice may not be possible.

Under no circumstances will the Organisers or Lincoln City Football Club be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with the Game.

Applicants acknowledge that in entering for the Game, they have not relied upon any representation, warranty or undertaking, although nothing shall exclude the Organisers’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or in relation to fraudulent misrepresentation.

The Apprentice Football Manager game and the Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any dispute will be determined by the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
